14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with MindKit? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
1. The Promise
We stand behind MindKit. If it doesn't deliver value for your Shopify or DTC business, you get your money back. Period. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
It's simple:
- Email support@getmindkit.com with the subject line "Refund"
- Include the email address you used to purchase
- That's it — no surveys, no retention calls, no "are you sure"
We process refunds within 24 business hours of receiving your request. The funds typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. What Happens After a Refund
When your refund is processed:
- Your access to MindKit materials will be revoked
- Any downloaded files you continue to use are considered a violation of our Terms of Service
- You may not repurchase MindKit under a different email to circumvent this policy
4. After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We may consider refund requests in cases of technical issues we can't resolve or other exceptional circumstances. Email us and we'll talk.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can result in permanent loss of access to MindKit and future products. We're reasonable humans — we'd rather just solve the problem.
6. Payment Processor
Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method.
