These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MindKit (the "Service"), operated by MindKit. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

MindKit is a digital product consisting of pre-built Claude AI skills, prompts, and templates delivered as digital files. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to download and use the materials.

2. License

When you purchase MindKit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or personal projects. You may:

• Use the skills and prompts with Claude AI or other compatible models
• Modify them to fit your brand and use case
• Use outputs commercially (ad copy, emails, etc.) in your own business

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the MindKit materials themselves
• Share your purchase login or download links with others
• Publish the prompts or templates as your own product
• Use the materials in a way that violates the law or a third party's rights

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You agree to pay the listed price at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email immediately after payment is confirmed. If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If still missing, email support@getmindkit.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All MindKit materials — prompts, templates, copy, graphics, and code — are the intellectual property of MindKit. Your purchase grants you a license to use them as described in Section 2, but ownership remains with us.

7. Disclaimers

MindKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results. Examples of revenue, conversion lifts, and other metrics are illustrative and based on reported user outcomes — your results will depend on your implementation, market, and execution.

AI outputs should always be reviewed by a human before publication. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify MindKit materials from time to time. Lifetime access means you'll receive all future updates at no additional cost.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including by sharing your license or attempting to resell the materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindKit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
